Congressman Lungren Visits AMPAC Fine Chemicals Lawmaker Tours Facility, Meets with Staff

Rancho Cordova, California – February 8, 2010 -- AMPAC Fine Chemicals LLC (AFC), a subsidiary of American Pacific Corporation (Nasdaq: APFC) today welcomed Congressman Dan Lungren (R-CA) to its Rancho Cordova facility for a first-hand look at operations at the plant and discussions on a wide range of issues including green chemistry initiatives. AFC is a leading commercial scale manufacturer of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients and Intermediates that are used for helping patients with diseases such as AIDs and Cancer.
